Our Story
Pooja Das is founder of Abhyaasena Yoga.
Her only motive is to work on individual’s health and help them to live a healthy life
From starting, Pooja Das was fitness freak and started practicing Aerobics. Over the period, her inclination turned into Yoga due to it’s benefits. She has been practicing Yoga for over 5 Years. By practicing yoga regularly she has noticed so many benefits on body Which improves our health by just giving one hour in a day. During her practice she got great relief in long persisting digestive problem. She continued her research and found Yoga has great benefits on immune system , Nervous system, Circulatory system, respiratory system. Also it helps in building Stamina & strength, weight loss, reduce pain & stiffness , stress and Anxiety
To share benefits of charismatic Yoga. She has chosen one of the best school for her journey -Bodhi School of yoga
Yoga is an ancient science and great treasure of knowledge is available. Hence she is continuously reading many books to attain knowledge so that she can utilize this in continuous improvement of Asana's Sequence and Breathing techniques
She got certification in Yoga 200YTT, Mat-Pilates & Therapeutic YTT from Bodhi
She got certification in Meditation
She did many workshops like Power Yoga, Face Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Asta Kumbhaka, Yogi-Lates and Tibetan Singing Bowl
She started taking Yoga Session; she is taking session from Last two years & helping people to attain complete health
